Residential
Home solar systems
Quiet, clean and reliable power through outages, without the noise, fumes and fuel runs of a generator.
Is it right for you?
Home solar is a good fit if
- You run a generator most evenings and fuel costs keep climbing
- Outages interrupt work, study time or sleep
- Voltage swings have damaged your appliances
- Your inverter batteries no longer last the night
What it can power
Sized for the appliances you rely on
Depending on its size, a home system can run lighting, fans, TVs, fridges and freezers, laptops, Wi-Fi, water pumps and, with a larger system, air conditioners.
Before you pay, we show you which appliances your system is designed to run and for roughly how long on battery.
Typical home system sizes
A guide only. Your final size depends on your appliances, hours of use and backup needs, confirmed during assessment.
| System | Typically suits | Inverter size |
|---|---|---|
| Essentials | Lighting, fans, TV and decoder, Wi-Fi, laptops, phone charging | 1.5 – 3 kVA |
| Comfort | Essentials plus fridge or freezer, water pump, microwave (short use) | 3.5 – 6 kVA |
| Whole home | Most household appliances including one or more inverter ACs | 7.5 – 12 kVA+ |

Questions
Frequently asked
Can I add more panels or batteries later?
Yes. We design with expansion in mind wherever possible, so you can add capacity as your needs or budget grow.
Can I keep using my existing inverter?
Sometimes. We will inspect it and tell you honestly whether it can be integrated or whether replacing it is the better long-term choice.
Will the system work when it is cloudy or raining?
Yes, but panels produce less energy on heavily overcast days. Your battery bank and grid or generator backup cover the shortfall.
